Refund and Returns Policy

At My Dev Darshan, we strive to provide a smooth and spiritually fulfilling travel experience for all pilgrims. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and modifications are handled for bookings made through MyDevDarshan.com.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All tour or pilgrimage bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the journey as mentioned in the tour package details.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the request must be sent in writing via email or official contact channels.

Refund eligibility will be processed as per the following schedule:

Bank charges, payment gateway charges, and administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once booked:

  • Temple special darshan tickets or VIP passes
  • Train/flight tickets booked on special fares
  • Entry permits and government fees
  • Hotel bookings during peak festival or pilgrimage seasons
  • Any services already utilized by the traveler

Many travel operators follow similar rules because third-party services like hotels or transportation may not allow refunds once confirmed.

4. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to arrive at the scheduled departure point or does not inform us about cancellation before the trip, it will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.

5. Cancellation by My Dev Darshan

In rare circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Political disturbances
  • Temple closures or unforeseen operational issues

My Dev Darshan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A rescheduled tour, OR
  • A full refund of the amount paid.

6. Early Termination of Trip

If a traveler chooses to leave the tour midway due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued for unused services, including accommodation, transport, meals, or sightseeing.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during booking (UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, etc.).
